Science parks of the world – and the global role of the Zsámbék Science and Innovation Park

Science and technology parks represent the cutting edge of modern economy and innovation worldwide, and are dynamic engines of development. Hundreds of such centers operate globally, providing research, development and collaboration opportunities for millions of people every year, creating space for the latest scientific breakthroughs and technological innovations. These parks not only stimulate economic growth, but increasingly also serve social and environmental sustainability, recognizing that the alignment of science and technology requires global cooperation to address common challenges.

The Zsámbék Science and Innovation Park aims to connect Hungary to this international innovation network, thereby increasing the country's competitiveness in the global science and technology arena. When developing the Park's focus areas, it was important to create value in the most relevant and future-oriented areas. These include artificial intelligence, 5G/6G technologies, industrial digitalization, and sustainable technologies. All of these are key areas where the latest research and development can be directly applied in practice, offering innovative solutions to real-world problems.

The Zsámbék Science and Innovation Park actively seeks and builds international collaborations and project developments. Through these collaborations, the park becomes a relevant player not only domestically but also internationally, contributing to global knowledge sharing and accelerating innovation processes.
