In recent years, AI has gradually moved from the world of research labs and technology companies to everyday business operations. Today, the question is less and less whether to use artificial intelligence, but rather whether\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">in what areas, for what purposes and with what other technologies we use it<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The spread of technology is well illustrated by the fact that\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/en\/about\/news\/announcements\/2026\/01\/ai-use-by-individuals-surges-across-the-oecd-as-adoption-by-firms-continues-to-expand.html\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">According to OECD data<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0In 2025, 20.21% of businesses in OECD countries used artificial intelligence, compared to 14.21% in 2024 and 8.71% in 2023. The use of large companies is particularly significant: in 2025, more than every second large company used AI technology.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The increasingly close relationship between AI and industry<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The industrial significance of artificial intelligence lies not primarily in its ability to automate certain tasks on its own.
