The first level of the business model is Affiliate Partner<\/strong> cooperation, which primarily means a sales partnership. Within this framework, ZSTIP Nkft. mediates the products or services of the partner company through its own customer relations, which are also published on the park's website. This construction provides a simple and quick opportunity to establish new business relationships, while the park's service portfolio is also constantly expanding.<\/p>\n The second level, the Virtual Resident Partner<\/strong>, already means joint project-based cooperation. The park and the partner participate together in consortium or subcontractor form, primarily in research and development applications. Before the project is launched, the parties determine the division of tasks and costs, and the location of the development is based on the park's infrastructure, if possible.<\/p>\n THE Resident Innovation Partner<\/strong> At the level of the ZSTIP, it is already involved in the cooperation as a research center. As a first step, the R&D project developed jointly with the enterprise participates in the NKFIH qualification procedure, and then, after obtaining the project qualification, the joint development can start. An important element of the construction is that the research and development cooperation also supports the effective utilization of tax benefits provided by the applicable legislation.<\/p>\n The highest level of the model is Strategic Venture Partner<\/strong>, in which the park may also appear as a strategic investor. In this construction, ZSTIP Nkft. may acquire a minority stake in companies whose activities contribute to the development of the park's services and the strengthening of the innovation ecosystem in the long term through a capital increase.
