The dean pointed out that the number of classic junior positions in the IT sector is decreasing, while companies expect more complex knowledge and more independent work from even beginners. This poses a particular challenge for higher education, as university curricula react more slowly to rapid technological changes. \u00d3buda University has therefore developed a flexible training structure that allows for the continuous updating of professional content and its adaptation to industrial needs.<\/p>\n

The emergence of artificial intelligence does not make programming knowledge redundant, but it does put new skills at the forefront. The IT professional of the future will not only have to write code, but also think in complex systems, understand how AI-based solutions work, and be able to verify the results they generate. Engineering approaches, problem-solving thinking, and collaboration will remain key.<\/p>\n

The training also places increasing emphasis on legal and ethical issues related to artificial intelligence. Students are introduced to European Union regulations, including the provisions of the AI Act, to acquire not only technological knowledge but also the conditions for responsible application.<\/p>\n
