ZSTIP Nkft. enters into a contract with the enterprise for the sale of products or services, based on which we provide our customers with the products or services offered by the enterprises.
Based on the contract, ZSTIP NKft is entitled to an intermediary fee, depending on the nature of the product and service, in the amount of 10-20%. Based on the contracts, product or service descriptions with the logos of the cooperating enterprises are posted on the website.

Virtual Resident Partner
ZSTIP Nkft. submits a tender with the enterprise in the form of a consortium or subcontractor for the purpose of carrying out joint activities (typically R&D).
Before submitting the application, the parties conclude a contract to share the project activities and budget. The cooperating partners strive to use the ZSTIP area as the project implementation location.

Level 3
Resident Innovation Partner
ZSTIP Nkft, as a research center, and the enterprise conclude a cooperative research contract for the joint implementation of the R&D project.
The jointly developed project is first submitted to the NKFIH for qualification and after obtaining the R&D project qualification, implementation begins in accordance with the distribution of activities and budget included in the project plan. Within the framework of the cooperation, they ensure that the maximum tax benefit available under the TAO Act is realized by the enterprise.

Strategic Venture Partner
In order to ensure cost-effective, stable, long-term and easily accessible services provided in the Science and Innovation Park, ZSTIP Nkft. makes strategic investments in cooperating enterprises in line with the planned goals of the park..
The ownership stake acquired in the form of a capital increase is under 25% and the framework of the cooperation is secured by concluding a syndicate agreement. Our expectation from the strategic investment is primarily to provide services to the businesses in the park and the virtually connected companies.
